Ordered the incorrect item so called for advice. A lovely lady emailed over a returns form so the item could be returned free of charge and my money will be refunded. The service was exceptional.

I bought a Slumberdown King Size electric blanket from SleepSeeker early this winter. Unlike blankets from so many other companies, it was a full 5'0" wide not the 4'6" usually provided as "King Size" by many. It heated the whole bed wonderfully.
Unfortunately after three months there was a problem with the controller and an unfortunate shortage of replacements presumably because of the huge popularity of electric blankets this winter. A look online showed me that most suppliers were sold out of king size blankets.
SleepSeeker Customer Services went out of their way to resolve this problem by providing an upgraded product.
It is easy to praise a supplier when their product is good but it is only when a problem arises that the true quality of a company like SleepSeeker can be seen.

My new quilt was delivered quickly and I am using both quilts as it has been so cold but I have found them amazing and seem to give off heat when you climb into bed!
I would thoroughly recommend these quilts.

I would recommend buying from this Compamy. After initial problems with the website, I finally managed to order 2 Hungarian goose duvets which arrived quickly (via DHL) and well packaged. The prices were good and I am very pleased with the quality of the duvets. Would have given 5 stars but for problems with website.

The parcel was quite tiny

Disappointing experience. Accidentally ordered wrong size duvet, but rather exchange Sleepseeker made things very complicated by refunding and asking to re-order. Refund amount included deducting tax which is the first time I’ve heard of this. So have returned whole order now.
